Our boxes are built according to the most modern production standards. All building steps are performed by
automatic CNC machines guaranteeing the highest product precision and affordability.
The structure is manufactured in 1,5 mm steel sheets with seam welding on junctions. The multi-fold front
edge prevents the accidental water leakage.
A large hole is drilled at the bottom of the box , of which the size is just enough to let the wiring passage. Its
closing flange, equipped with sealing system by a special fold at the bottom of the box, does not protrude
and is fixed to the base by self-tapping screws.
In the backward, four corner holes let the enclosure be fixed to the wall, directly or by our “wall mounting
brackets” (item RZA50). Four rubber stoppers for that holes will be supplied.
On the sides of the box (excluded the boxes with 150 mm depth) there are four studs M6 that suitable for
fixing several accessories such as inner doors (item R5IE) or sectional kits (item. R5TM) or 19” revolving
rack frames (item R5TIE).
The doors are manufactured in 1,5 mm steel sheet up to 800 mm height, and 2 mm for larger dimensions.
On the inner side of the doors, it’s possible to fix two pierced horizontal door rails with 25mm spacing (item
RZS). These door rails strengthen the door structure and allow an easy fixing for any application.
The doors are reversible (opening to the right or left), and they are available either blind or glazed. The
glazed doors are protected by a self-extinguishing acrylic sheet.
The inner doors (item. R5IE) are hinged, and provided with a closing device adjustable in depth.
Strong hinges, invisible from the outside, allow a spacious opening of the doors of about 130°. The sealing
is ensured by a special polyurethane gasket applied directly on the door by continuous pour.
The painting is performed by epoxy polyester powder coating. RAL 7035 textured finish.
In all our models the flat mounting plate (cabling panel) is manufactured in 2 mm galvanized steel sheets
for a better Potential compensation.
A wide range of accessories is available. This tools guarantee the greatest versatility of the product.
The degree of protection depends according to the structure of the box and is specified for every model.
